You’ve MADE IT to the last week of this course! For this week, we’re going to be feeding a full meal of raw (safe) meaty bones and introduce another fresh herb.

Feel free to choose any herb from the list of recommended foods in this course.

NOTE: Choose any of the protein grinds you’ve used before, but use only one protein source for this entire week.

SATURDAY

Today we serve one entire meal of meaty bones. Necks are fantastic!

Meal 1: 1 serving meaty bones
Meal 2: 1 serving meat grind + 1/4 serving chopped parsley

SUNDAY

Today we serve the same as yesterday and we increase the herb dose.
